In partnership with Metrobank Foundation, FLP launched the project on September 18, 2012 to inspire law schools and law professors to research and propagate FLP’s philosophy. The Chair Holders receive ₱100,000 after delivery of a lecture that advocates the promotion, appreciation, application and protection of liberty and nurturing of prosperity under the rule of law. As of April 2024, the program has delivered 21 outputs: 18 public lectures and 3 debates / moot court.
