ON THIS DAY, OUR BELOVED FLP CELEBRATES ITS 11TH YEAR! 💙💛

Established more than a decade ago to promote and propagate the judicial philosophy of our former chief justice Artemio Panganiban, the FLP was born. 11 years later, and the Foundation has produced through its various programs and scholarships 73 LSP scholars, 9 PEAP scholars, 51 DWC winners, 16 Professorial Chairs, & 5 Esmel fellows.

Today, let us take pride in just how far FLP has come. However, let us also stay excited for the greater things that are yet to come. Stay tuned because we’ve only just begun! ✨

 

Five years after the successful Global Forum on Liberty and Prosperity (18-20 October 2006)—which advanced the philosophy and justification of “Safeguarding the Liberty and Nurturing the Prosperity for the Peoples of the World” at the international level—the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity (FLP) was formally organized. Thus, it is now committed to perpetuate the principle that jurists and lawyers should not only safeguard the liberty of people but must also nurture their prosperity under the rule of law.
